  Hi I went to update my site on my hosting page and it reset my wordpress and now I can’t see my files that have been there.

  As you said you did reset your WordPress meaning you deleted all posts and pages. We can’t help you as your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform, https://www.whoishostingthis.com/#search=thatssewmonica.com. You try to contact your hosting, perhaps they have a backup.
