I made a change in General settings cjanged site name and can not login

  I made a stupid mistake / change in General settings changed site name and can not login The site bame should be: Creativebodyhealing.com
  and I think that I changed it to Creativebodyhealing/about

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It is not sixstarmaintenance – it is a baby plan with Host Gator and the domain name is
  creativebodyhealing.com
  I think that I added a page name AVOUT to the site name in general settings
  How can I login now to change it since I can not login now?
  Please help
