I made an upgrade payment but it doesn’t allow me to choose domain

  Hi there. I upgraded my account and pauid $96 however I still cannot pick my domain
  The payment did go off my bank account
  Please help

  I’ve reviewed the account and it looks like you must have made that purchase under a different user account. The one that you’ve used to contact us here, has never made any purchases.

  If you need help finding the correct account use the contact support link on the right hand side of https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

  Once you get signed in correctly you’re going to see that purchase at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/

  Adding the domain will just take a few clicks… My Sites – Manage – Domain – Add New
