    Hi, missed the notice to renew my business plan and now my site isn’t working. My account expired on June 9 2022. If I renew my plan can my site be recovered? I don’t see the site in this account

    Is there any way the site can be recovered?

    Yes, once you repurchase the Business Plan, the features that were connected to that Plan will reappear on your site.

    I don’t see the site in this account

    This account used to be the owner of the site, but now the site is connected to a different WordPress.com account. Your email is still the admin email on the account, however. Do you have another account that you own or know the account who now owns the site?

    If my email is the admin email on the account the site was transferred into can you issue a password reset for that account that has the site in it.

    Hi @chrismacleay

    In our system we do not show you as the owner of the site. In this case I would also recommend (as @staff-blorbo has) that @scott7975afae0a re-purchase the Business Plan.

    Once the plan is re-purchased under that account, this will allow us to correctly see the backups for the site (to restore it’s previous functionality) and that would not be possible if you were to try to recover the site under a different account than the one that purchased the upgrade initially.
