I need a domain unblocked

  Im been tryign to transfer my domain I purchased from you nickiandjames.com for a week. The company I am tryign to transfer to is saying that you need to unblock it for this to happen. Its not locked, the transfer request was put in last week. Now I guess I need it unblocked. Please do asap as its already been a week and I just want to get my domain off worpdress!!!!!

  There is nothing preventing the transfer on our end.
