  I’ve purchased Domain & (WordPress) Hosting Basic package from GoDaddy but now here on WordPress it says you need a business plan to install Woocommerce. Will I have to pay more for this now?

  Hello there,

  I think there’s some confusion happening there.

  If you’ve purchased a domain and hosting with GoDaddy, you do not need to use WordPress.com.

  There are two types of WordPress, WordPress.com and self-hosted WordPress. GoDaddy uses self-hosted WordPress, which is where the free, open source software is downloaded from WordPress.org and installed onto a hosting provider.
