  I am so sorry I made a mistake to buy a hosting package for my blog which I have already registered and hosted somewhere else. I wanted a site builder and I have just realised that is available on wordpress.org . Please kindly refund me via Paypal as this is where I paid. I do not need hosting from wordpress. Refund me please. I paid £84.

  Hi there,

  I checked your account and noticed that we received a 10486 error from Paypal. This usually occurs when your billing address is entered incorrectly. When this error occurs, Paypal’s API documents mentions:

  Using the existing token, redirect the customer back to PayPal to select a different funding source or to add a new funding source. See this How To guide for more information.

  That means that the charge to us never went through. Are you seeing any charges on your end?
