***CAN YOU HELP*** I moved my site http://www.theharmonyworkshops.com from WordPress to Squarespace during the summer. I informed WordPress but they still charged me €121. How do I get a refund??? Thank you guys & gals!

It looks like you are contacting us from a different account than the one used to register the site, so I will contact you directly at the site’s owner’s email address. Let’s work on it there.
Also, you can try to cancel and refund on your end by logging in to the right account and following this https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/cancel-a-purchase/#cancel-a-subscription

Hi Darusja, I’ve been ill since you contacted me and I’m only getting a chance to reply now. I am still wanting to get €121.77 refunded as I’ve moved the website to Squarespace. WordPress still took the money even though i informed them of my move in Summer. How do Ispeak to someone? Thank you for your support! Roger
