Please share a bit more information with us. Which site were you billed for? I’m asking because the account you’ve used to contact us has never made a purchase.

Try logging out and logging back in. I just went in circles trying to get to the support page to request a refund and I finally logged out and when I logged back in the support form actually showed up.

Each account requires a unique email address. I’d start by trying to sign in with your other email accounts. Again, the emailed receipt will tell you which site was billed, and that’s also the email address you’ll need to use to get signed in correctly.

@adam43094 – You must have two WordPress.com accounts. You are currently logged into the one that is not connected to the upgrades you purchased. You do need to log out of the current account you are contacting us from and log into the correct account. Then, we can verify ownership of the upgrades and then cancel and refund you for the charges.
If you aren’t sure about the charge on your bank statement, you can fill out the form at wpchrg.com and it will help you find the correct account along with what you were charged for. You an also reach out to billing support there directly.

It found the other account. It’s a few years old I don’t remember any of the login info can someone please assist me over the phone?

All of our support comes through online channels. We do not offer phone support.
You can successfully recover that old account though with your proof of purchase. That’s unique to the account so do not post it here.
