I need access to domain in order to complete transfer to another registrar.

    I cannot seem to find where to do this. I’m not sure I have login credentials, either.
    New registrar is not being helpful at all. It is wpfixit.com . They say they transferred the website but need access to domain to complete transfer. I’m totally novice!

    Hi, I see that your domain is registered through Squarespace. So, you’ll want to contact them about baby changes you want to do to the domain.

    As for the site, it appears that it’s hosted by WPFixIt.
