The site mentioned does not use our managed hosting environment from WordPress.com. Instead, it’s set up on the open source WordPress.org software which is something different.

This is so frustrating. I have gone to every single link at wordpress.org and nothing has helped me solve the issue. Why does this have to be so difficult?
Why cant I speak to somone?I need to know why I cant add an email address for my Gsuite account and I am being told that the account was acquired from a re-seller and I cant even find anyone to help with this issue?

Our apologies. I see now you do have a G Suite license that was purchased when you had a site here with us. You cancelled that site, but the G Suite license remained here. And unfortunately without a site here, we don’t have an interface for adding another seat.
I’m double checking with our G Suite team to be certain, but I think the best thing to do in this case is to release the account to Google, so you can purchase another seat through them. If I can make that happen, do you want us to go ahead? It may take a business day or so to sort it out, and I’ll see if we can check for any caveats first, but know we “get it” now and will work to help you so you can add another license.

OK. I’ve confirmed we can release this account to Google.
I just need you to log in as the account owner first. Can you log in using the email address you initially used to set up the site, then update us here?

Where do you need me to log in? I have tried many different ways to login to wordpress without success. So please advise. -
Sure thing, and again I’m sorry it took us a minute to figure this out. It’s harder to see when you’re logged in as another user.
The correct account would be under the email address you used to set up the site / purchase the G Suite before you had this address, I’m guessing.
It’s also the address that has invoices, payment reminders, etc.
Can you log out and log in as that?

I have tried to log in to wordpress.org with: (email visible only to moderators and staff), that did not work. I tried to log in with superiormetalguys.com, that did not work either and so I dont know why its not taking either username…. If you are asking me to log into GSuite, I am logged in all day but that ‘s google not wordpress.

You used a different email address to set up the WordPress.com account that owns that G Suite license. Please use the password reset tool and enter any email address you have access to.

If you can’t find the email address associated with that account you can provide us with the transaction ID as proof of ownership so we can restore access to your account.
