  I need a back up to this website of mine. I need to have ehost transfer it over to my paid site that I have already bought with them. I have had so many problems and this is what they indicated I need to ask you please

  You can backup your content (not theme) from your WordPress.com site into an xml file by clicking on “My Site” “Settings” and “Export”.
