  This does not give me an option to get help from anyone. This whole thing is so hard and I can’t even get 1 site up and running because it is so hard. Why is this so difficult, why can’t I find where to put my google adsense code and why when I try to start a new site can’t I get the other site’s domain name out of the box? What is going on here? I need help this it bad.

  First: you cannot put Google Adsense code on a free wordpress.com website.
  Second: you already succesfully did set up a site, everythingmenopause.wordpress.com
  Third: did you already read the introductions at https://en.support.wordpress.com/? It gives you the information to start a site.
