  Hi there, SiteGround hosts websites using the open source WordPress software. You don’t need to have a site here on WordPressdotcom as well.

  For help with your site at SiteGround, you’ll want to contact their support directly. For help with the open source WordPress software, head over to https://wordpress.org/support where you’ll find both documentation and forums of users with more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.
