  Hi there @taylorriso9, I don’t see any paid WordPress.com sites associated with your account.

  Are you able to log in as the user with the paid account? That will help you reach support soonest. Also, can you send a link to the site?

  Yes I am able to log into that site; and there are no support options.

  We only offer chat support on our WordPress.com Premium Plan (or higher) but when I look at your @taylorriso9 account, I do not actually see any upgrades listed. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/.

  Is it possible you made your purchase under a different login? What is the URL of the site associated with the upgrade you are needing help with? Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
