I need help allowing a website developer access to my wordpress account?

  I have someone build a website for me, and he is having trouble gaining access to my account in order to do so. He’s unable to get in to make the changes, I’ve given him all the passwords and stuff that he should need but he’s having issues.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  The best way to give someone access to your site is by having them create a separate WordPress.com account and adding them to your site.

  They can sign up here:

  https://signup.wordpress.com/signup/?user=1

  And you can add them following these steps:

  http://en.support.wordpress.com/user-roles/

  You should never give anyone your username and password. I highly suggest changing your password as soon as possible.
