I need help changing a color!

  I have the free theme ‘Rebalance’ and I know I can change the red/orange colour, that happens when you hover over my post images, by editing CSS but I can’t find how to get to it! Is theres way you can change that for me? To white if you can! I want a different hover color over text as well but lets start with getting rid of the red when hovering over the article images if possible??? thank you!
