  I think my site is down due to an expired web address. I need help loading my new address. t2tict.com

  Hi @larica1725, do you want to connect the new domain to the site at tweens2teenslifecoach.wordpress.com ?

  If so, here’s how to set that up:
  https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/

  You’ll need a plan, then you can connect the domain and make it primary.

  I did notice that your previous domain was transferred out and pointed elsewhere, though. If you are trying to connect the domain to a WordPress site with another host, you’ll want to reach out to them directly and ask for help updating the address:
