Why is it always so difficult to get any help from you? I had such difficulty getting assistance building a website 2 years ago, and now I’ve just received my cc statement with a 240. charge from WordPress Dublin. What the heck????

And I apologize for not being more clear. I haven’t been to your site forever, am not using it, and not interested. How do I cancel everything with you and receive a refund? I’ve received no service that was useful to me.

What is the URL of the site in question?
I’m not seeing any upgrades associated with the WordPress.com user account you are posting from. This typically happens when you’ve ended up with a second WordPress.com user account and that second account is the one that owns the upgrade. You’ll need to log into THAT account in order to make any changes.
If you do not have access to that second account, here are a few options:
