I need help recovering website/login credentials

My business partner and I hired someone to build our website, condodivision.com. We have never personally built a website so we outsourced. We did a little research and with some of the features we wanted on our site, WordPress was the best option. We purchased our domain through GoDaddy. I can provide proof of ownership of the domain among other things.

Over the past 2 months, the gentleman who was hired to run our account has stopped responding to calls, texts and e-mails. We’ve consulted GoDaddy as we purchased the domain through them. They instructed us to retrieve the login credentials from WordPress in order to switch over the hosting and not have to pay $1000’s more dollars to have someone rebuild the site from scratch. Our login credentials is all we need in order to continue to move forward with our website which is the main driving force behind our business.

Hello there, condodivision.com is using the open source WordPress software at the above web host. Please contact your web hosting provider for assistance with this as we won’t be able to help with a site that isn’t hosted here.

In general, for help with a site using the open source WordPress software, you’ll want to head over to https://wordpress.org/support where they have more experience with the software you are using. If you don’t have a username on the ORG forums you can register one on the top of that page.

Just to clarify, this support forum assists users of the WordPressdotcom platform. WordPressdotcom (where we are ) and WordPress are separate entities with different documentation and support forums. More information about the differences can be found here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    Best wishes
