I need help regarding the JetPack

    Is there a method to retrieve all stats and other information from an old developer account that was associated with Jetpack?

    The site I need help with is [visible only to staff] (email visible only to moderators and staff). This site is not linked to my WordPress.com account.

    Stats should be linked to the site, not the account.

    Please try disconnecting Jetpack from WordPress.com at Jetpack > Dashboard > Site Connection > Manage Site Connection in your site’s Dashboard, then connect again when prompted to the desired account.

    If they don’t carry over, we can fix that. Please let us know the URL of the site currently, and if the site ever had any staging or temporary URLs.
