I need help showing all the pages on my site which is hosted by tsohost

  tso host do not provide support on web-building. I can see all my pages listed in the admin site but cannot see them when viewing as non-admin. I tried creating a menu but it made no difference. I can just see links to some of the pages at the top of the home page
