I need help transferring a domain

I’m trying to help the owner of hellojaneblog.com transfer her domain to GoDaddy (unfortunately, as she found out after signing up, WordPress.com does not host custom themes).
A few weeks ago, we repointed DNS to GoDaddy’s web servers, but we weren’t able to transfer the domain at that time because it was newly registered.
I have tried every conceivable combination of logins and forgot password requests, and we can no longer log in. Help, please!

The 60 day requirement is an ICANN requirement.

I’ve tried the steps above, yes. I can successfully point the domain to a GoDaddy hosted site, which is helpful, but I’d like to completely transfer that domain to her GoDaddy account. The problem is that I can no longer log in to WordPress.com at https://hellojaneblog.wordpress.com/wp-admin/.

If you cannot remember the login information for a WordPress.com account, your best bet is to try the account recovery process here:

Due to the private nature of information required for account recovery and the public nature of these forums, we cannot help with account recovery here.

Also, just so we are clear, ICANN rules will prevent transfer to a new registrar until 60 days have passed from initial registration (in most situations).
