I need help transferring my site but I’m locked

  We had someone running our non-profit’s account but they just transferred it to me and changed the contact info to mine, and now I can’t unlock the domain to transfer it to another website for 60 days? please help!

  This is due to ICAN regulations. There is no way around the 60-days rule. But you can connect your domain to your site, https://en.support.wordpress.com/domains/connect-existing-domain/
