  Unfortunately we aren’t able to help. Have you tried searching online for any forums or threads where folks have had a similar problem? That’s my best suggestion until their support team returns.

  Yes, that’s what I’m doing. Going to every forum I can think of. I just thought Word press would be able to help, since they promote the theme and Word press is hosting it. Guess not.
