  how to delete a empty file folder out of my wordpress account so that i can redownload Printful and Askmid

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  To manually delete folders you’ll need to access your site’s files via FTP at your hosting provider. Please contact your hosting provider directly for help with that.
