  My front page has double content.
  Where can I find the widget for paypal?
  I would also like to list my courses and have people make deposits on my site

  So it looks like you have the same widgets set up in two different sidebars. To fix, log into your WordPress.com site’s dashboard and go to Appearance–> Widgets and remove the duplicates from one or the other sidebar.
