i need my 2FA deleted urgently

  i have an exhisting domain and my site is with wordpress. i cannot get into it because i do not have the back up codes(never saved them) and i have deleted my authenticator app by mistake now im blocked out and cannot operate my business site. i also have sent verifications on three occassions and have heard no feebback in weeks. i need my 2FA code to be removed urgently please
