I need my domain and subscription fixed, is there a way to speak to an actual person privately?

I paid for a subscription, it has somehow attached to the wrong account. Every time I click to edit the old account it brings me to the new one and it says I need to upgrade, but I have upgraded. Because I can see my new domain name is attached to my old account. I don’t understand how it happened since I have 2 different emails for each account and paid for the subscription with a new email, though it sent the receipt to my old one. I never signed into the old account, I created a new one and paid through that. Why has it linked them yet I can’t access both now?

Hi there, the account you are posting from is only a few hours old. Have you completely logged out of this account in all browsers and tabs before trying to access the old account? It might be worthwhile also clearing your browser cache and cookies as well. Then try logging into the old account.
If you are successful, you should then be able to contact support directly at https://wordpress.com/help/contact so they can help you transfer the upgrade to the correct account.
If you are not successful, please post back to this forum thread with the usernames and/or email addresses (which will be redacted from public view, but Staff will be able to see it) of both the old and the new accounts. Thanks.
