I need my new website to be .com rather than .wordpress.com

  When I selected the website I would like, I did helpingfamiliesthrive.com and then went to the package selection. For some reason it switched to wordpress.com. How do I get the $99 package tied to the correct thing?

  Also, when buying the package, it said it was an annual package and that it would automatically charge on April 2, 2014. After purchasing the package, it says it will renew in 11 months on March 3, 2014. I need that corrected to the annual date of April 2nd please.

  If I need to cancel this subscription and rebuy it, please let me know. Thank you!

  You have not yet registered the desired domain. You can do that by adding the domain via Store -> Domains in your blog’s Dashboard.

  Whenever a domain is involved, we proces the auto-renew a month early, as a simple failed transaction could result in the loss of the domain if we waited for the expiration date. Your upgrade is still good through April 2, 2014, and you’re welcome to disable auto-renew if you don’t want to renew it early.
