    please help me

    we have someone that made our website for our business used your site to create it. ive been trying to contact her to have our website fix and updated she keeps saying she needs to look for the user name and password for you guys. i need help. i want to move on from her. but she still has our website attacted to her username and password.

    what if anything can be done
