I need support with recovering my site from malware hack

    My site got hacked and all content including plugin were erased. The hackers somehow added themselves as admin users and installed malware on the website per Jetpack. I had updraft backups but those dont show any local files when scanned. I have all screenshots

    I tried reaching out to wordpress happiness engineer 24/7 support over chat but it just displays this message and no one connected to help.

    Please help me backup and get a wordpress support engineer to understand how they breached my account.
