I need technical help

    I’ve always hosted via WordPress.org and never had an issue. Today I was asked to install an update and now various functions are not working on my website. When I try to log in for help it is saying it does not recognise my email or username, even though I’ve had them for years. I desperately need to talk to someone for technical support but can’t use a chat function without logging in and can’t find an email address! Please can anyone help?
