  We can’t be much of a help as we can’t use plugins on a free wordpress.com platform. It’s also hard to say which plugin is the best as we don’t have a clue what you expect that plugin to do.

  You could try start searching at https://wordpress.org/plugins/ or using a search engine to find third party plugins.

  If you want to use plugins on the wordpress.com platform, you must upgrade to the Business Plan.
