I need the database file

    I have paid a freelance developer to make me a website on wordpress, the site is complete but I cannot get hold of him now. I am trying to host the website on BlueHost but BlueHost customer services is saying I need a database file for them to be able to host the site.

    WP.com: Unknown
    Jetpack: Unknown
    Correct account: Unknown

    The only sites I see on your @harrygreenfx WordPress.com account when I check on our end are listed here:

    – https://electrecruit.wordpress.com/

    However that site appears to be one that is empty and has not been in use. Is it possible you created your site under a different login that we are not able to see?  What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?

    Happy to check in our system so we can take a closer look.
