Thank you, Mac, unfortunately, the renewing email advice wasn’t clear to me.
As I user, I don’t understand if in the DB records my plan was activated as auto-renew, why the content of the mail was contradictory to that, telling me that I have to do something to renew it if I wanted to.
It is worthwhile for WordPress to be able to send a specific email for each case, instead of taking advantage of a single mailing that tries to cover both scenarios (without success).
Thank you very much for your help, I took your advice and I’ve already sent an email to request a refund.
