I would be happy to assist you in canceling and refunding your purchase. However, I do not currently see any active upgrades under the account you are contacting us from. I see that hottipz.com was canceled back on 1/22/22, but nothing else under your account is set to renew – all upgrades have been canceled.
Is this possibly in reference to an upgrade under a different account? If so, to confirm ownership, post in this thread under the username/account that purchased the upgrade. Then, I can look into refunding the subscription purchase.
