  Hi there, it automatically charged my credit card and i would like to cancel and get a refund.
  can somebdoy please help.

  For what upgrade on what site would you like a refund?

  You used to have a Premium Plan with us, but you cancelled that in June already, and the last renewal payment for that plan was on 20 May 2018.

  There has been no further charges to your account since then.
