I need to cancel the auto renew for my hosting

  Hello,
  I need to cancel the auto renew for my hosting, but I want to keep my domain. I don’t see an option for canceling the auto renew for the Premium plan I am currently on. I ended up hosting my site myself so this plan is no longer needed. Thank you

  Hi there,

  The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own the plan on your site. I’ll need you to post here as the username, tacheles13, before I can make these kinds of changes.

  That said, you only have a domain mapping upgrade with us. Your domain, tachelesmusical.com, is registered with Tucowsdomains.com, not with us, and if you’re no longer hosting that domain with us you don’t need the mapping upgrade either. Mapping is used to connect a domain to a site on our servers, so if your site is no longer on our servers there’s no reason for you to have a mapping upgrade with us.
