I need to cancel this account

    This is ridiculous that I can’t get ahold of anybody to cancel this account and stop you guys from billing me. How do I cancel this account don’t give me a hyperlink to go to cancel it for me. This is ridiculous

    It looks like you’ve already closed the WordPress.com account you used to post here, but this account has never owned any upgrades with us, so if you’ve been charged it’s for upgrades belonging to another account.
