I need to change my domain please.

  I accidentally entered my domain name as .com when it is really .net. I don’t own the .com. How can I edit the domain name that you have on file and for which I just paid my $13?

  Hi there,

  Domain upgrades are always for the specific domain name you select when you purchase them. If there’s a mistake in your domain name, you can cancel the upgrade (for a full refund within the refund period) and then purchase the domain upgrade for the correct domain name. You can manage and cancel upgrades from Store > My Upgrades in your dashboard.

  I see that you already purchased domain mapping for your .net domain name, so I went ahead and cancelled the .com domain mapping upgrade and issued you a full refund. Please note that it can take up to 10 days for refunds to appear on your bank statement.
