I need to change my paid url to a different provider

    Initially when I changed from WordPress it said I had to wait 60 days until I could change the DNS servers to the other site that I am using. Now when I login it doesn’t have that option anymore to change the DNS server? I paid to keep the website name. I don’t understand why I can’t change the site.

    Hi there,

    You can change the name severs or DNS records to point a domain to another provider whenever you want. It’s only transferring a domain that isn’t possible for the first 60 days after registration.

    The account you’re using to post here has never owned any domains with us, though, so I’m guessing you used another account to buy the domain.

    If you know the correct account, log into it and then you can use one of the methods listed here to point your domain to another provider until it’s possible to transfer:
