  I need to contact someone at WordPress for direct support. – Does someone have a direct email or phone number for support?

  There is no phone support at WordPress.com. With an upgraded plan you have access to email and Livechat with staff. If you have a free site then this forum is where you post your questions. If volunteers don’t have an answer then a member of staff surely will.
