I Need to Delete a Website

Hello, my name is Lucy Greenberg and I work for 2501 Digital. We launched a new website and need to take the one hosted on WordPress down. I cannot figure out how to do this though and I have spent hours reading forums and articles. Could someone please reach out to me?

We have no record of that domain ever being registered or hosted here, which means it was using the self-hosted WordPress software from https://wordpress.org
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. And, since the self-hosted WordPress software is entirely self-contained, your only option for this would be to contact your former hosting provider.
