I need to delete an old blog

I need to delete an old blog. I was signing up for a new blog, and chose the personal plan, which is now attached to the old blog. If I try to create new blog, the system is trying to double-charge me. The old blog to be deleted is provivalman.wordpress.com

1. What is the domain URL?
2. Exactly which username account registered the underlying .wordpress.com blog and purchased the domain mapping upgrade for it?
4. When was the upgrade purchased?

Your plan is currently attached to the site, imminentculture.wordpress.com. That is the only site in your account.
provivalman.wordpress.com has already been deleted, and there weren’t any upgrades connect to that site prior to deletion.
