We don’t provide support by email or phone. If we Volunteers cannot resolve your issue we then we can call Staff attention to them. We will be pleased to help you here in the forums if you state what it is you need help with.

So, I got the email from WordPress support saying that I can’t email back, that I can only type a question here. So, essentially the list of questions is just overwhelming!
I have a blog at http://www.2APhotography.com. But apparently I don’t know my login name for that account . . . I can access my personal dashboard login and update the site just fine, but I can’t go to WordPress’ main home page.
When I login to WordPress’ home page with the login info that I know (and email account that I use), it says I haven’t created a blog yet.
All this came about because my 2APhotography page doesn’t have the home page information that the help pages indicate that it should have (including stat info).
Does that make sense?
Just didn’t seem like something I would be able to have answered by a public forum.

I was not able to find a link to a blog at your site – I hate photographers sites since they take so long to load –
you might be in the wrong forum but we need a link to the blog you are asking about to give you accurate help

Thanks, auxclass . . .but that’s EXACTLY my question.
I have no idea how to ask questions about that blog because the only way I have to login is through this name/email/password/etc. BUT then it tells me that I don’t have a blog . . . :(
Otherwise that link really is to a blog. It’s just not reflecting that it’s connected to me. Which is the whole problem.
I think.

http://2aphotography.com/ is a self-hosted WordPress.org blog, which we really can’t help with.
To clear up any confusion, WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two different entities.
WordPress.org has complete support and documentation sites for self-hosted/installed versions of WordPress via their Codex and Support Forums.

And yes, it looks like a site. But it’s a blog.
A blog site.
So there is no separate link on there to take you to a blog.
I’m thinking maybe that’s what your question was. Sorry.

@globelinkfoundation
You do not need to talk to anyone to cancel a domain mapping upgrade.Refunds
We want you to love everything you do at WordPress.com, so we provide a 30-day refund on all of our upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers. You can request a refund yourself directly from the Store -> My Upgrades section of your Dashboard, or contact support to request a refund.
