Well, making the story short – I am doing a web page for a medical practice. I began everything on WordPress. I used the free template but my domain had wordpress.com included on it. Later on, I decided to use Hostgator for my domain and hosting and I payed the baby plan and when I tried to open my webpage I realized that I ended up with 2 different pages. I called Hostgator and they ask me the IP, CNAME and A record of my first web page from WP. I need to migrate the first into the second. Now, I am confuse about what need to do. Thank you for your help!

You do not need to use the CNAME or A-Record. Those are things you could use if you were trying to point a custom domain to a new site. For example, if you had johnsmith.com as your WordPress.com site instead of johnsmith.wordpress.com.
If you are just trying to export the content of your WordPress.com site, you can follow these instructions:
If you are trying to redirect traffic from your existing johnsmith.wordpress.com domain to a new johnsmith.com domain with Hostgator, you can use the Site Redirect upgrade:
Please let me know if you have further questions or if anything is unclear.
