  You can’t do that on a free hosted WordPress.COM blog and those are the only blogs we provide support for on this WordPress.COM support forum. Please ditch whatever you are reading because it only applies to WordPress.ORG installs and not to this blog

  if you are not referring to the blog linked to your username then post the URL starting with http:// of the exact blog you are referring to.
