I need to install new themes ?????

  The easiest way to install your theme is via the WordPress Dashboard:

  Download your theme from your account’s Downloads page – This will download a compressed .zip file to your computer.
  On your website, go to Appearance > Themes and click the “Add New” button next to the title.
  On the next page, click the Upload tab to upload the .zip file.
  Then go to Appearance > Themes to Activate the theme.

  NO HAVE IN MY DASHBOARD Appearance > Themes and click the “Add New”…

  WHERE INSTALL NEW THEMES ?????????????

  Hi maurenkelvin, the confusion exists because the instructions from Woo Themes only apply to folks who are hosting a WordPress installation on their own server – called a self-hosted site.

  If your site is hosted here on WordPress.com, you may choose from our collection of over 300 curated themes:

  https://wordpress.com/themes/

  It’s not possible to upload outside themes here at WordPress.com.
