  Hi there,

  We don’t use any control panel on WordPress.com, as we take care of hosting configuration on our end with no options that can be configured directly by site owners, and we don’t provide FTP access so it’s not possible to directly upload or download a site to or from our servers.

  What exactly are you trying to transfer, and from where to where?

  I’m having the same issue. I’m transferring to SiteGround hosting…. am I going to loose all my content?
